At BLKN, all orders are processed with care after your purchase has been confirmed.

Processing and delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, customs, courier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking details will be provided when available.

Pre-order and order-based items

Some BLKN items may be ordered on request or processed through a pre-order/order-based system. This means the item is confirmed and prepared after your order is placed.

Shipping delays

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to provide updates and assist you with tracking the shipment.

Lost, incorrect, or damaged packages

If your package does not arrive, or if you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us at contact@blknworld.com as soon as possible with your order details and photos if applicable. We will review the case and work with you to find a suitable solution.
