At BLKN, each order is handled carefully and processed according to the selected product, size, and details provided by the customer.

Cancellations and refunds before shipment

Refunds or order cancellations may be possible only if the package has not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been processed with the supplier, certain non-refundable costs may apply, including supplier fees, bank/payment fees, transaction fees, or other processing costs related to the order.

Once the package has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Incorrect, damaged, or missing items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or if your package does not arrive, please contact us at contact@blknworld.com as soon as possible.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • your order number

  • a short explanation of the issue

  • clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, or damage, if applicable

After reviewing the case, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Customer responsibility

Please make sure that all order details, including size, product, contact information, and shipping address, are correct before completing your purchase.

BLKN is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
